What our customers are saying

Real stories from real people—see how our fiber internet is making a difference in homes and businesses across the community.

  • Jason D.

Before making the switch to DFT, my family of 7 experienced constant buffering issues that our previous internet provider could not figure out. We now pay less and have had no buffering issues. Thank you DFT for consistent internet service!

  • Family Church

We’ve had DFT for years, at multiple locations. They supply our church with a business fiber connection that handles 4K live-streaming with no drops. We also use them for VoIP phone systems, and fiber connections at our parsonage with a reliable point-to-point system. Downtime has been minimal over decades of service, and it’s always back up and running quickly with local techs coming out right away. Absolutely recommend!

  • Liz

We decided to switch back to DFT from Spectrum after 7 years. We really wanted to support a local business and found that their prices were actually lower than we were paying with Spectrum. Erin from customer service was extremely helpful in the switch. She was knowledgeable, professional and helped me make the right choice. I have noticed a significant upload speed increase since switching- twice as fast as what I was getting with Spectrum. I’m glad we decided to switch!
